Pitaka+ helps you feel more in control of your money.
Instead of checking several apps, guessing how much you can spend, or wondering whether you're making progress, you can see your finances in one place. Understand where you stand today, prepare for what's coming, and make money decisions with more confidence.
Why should I use Pitaka+ if I already have banking apps?
See your whole financial picture, not just one account at a time.
Your money may be spread across banks, e-wallets, cash, and credit cards. Add your balances to Pitaka+ to see what you have, what you owe, and how your finances fit together. All in one place. You update your information yourself, giving you control over the numbers you track.

Keep money between you and others from slipping through the cracks.
Track loans, repayments, and money you've lent to others. Keep a clearer record of what you need to pay back and what you're still waiting to collect, so fewer things get forgotten.
Does Pitaka+ give financial advice?
Get help understanding your numbers and exploring your options.
Ask Pitaka lets you ask questions about your own finances and get AI-powered responses. You'll need your own Google Gemini API key to use it. Its replies are for information only and aren't financial advice. You remain in control of your financial decisions.
Is my financial data private?
Your financial information should stay under your control.
Pitaka+ doesn't connect to your bank or e-wallet accounts. You enter and update your own financial information.
Your data is saved on your device and backed up to your own Google Drive, in a folder only Pitaka+ can access. It isn't stored on our servers, so we can't see your expenses, balances or accounts.
If you use Ask Pitaka, your question and the data needed to answer it are sent to Google Gemini.
We send feature usage and app errors to Google Analytics. It never includes your personal details or financial data. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
We will never ask for your bank password, PIN or OTP. If someone claiming to be from Pitaka+ asks for these, it's a scam.
Can Pitaka+ remind me when something is due?
Yes. Turn on Notifications in Settings so you won't miss important updates.
Can I use Pitaka+ on my phone?
Your money overview goes where you do.
Use Pitaka+ in your browser on your phone or computer. Check your finances when you need to make a decision, whether you're at home or on the go.
Android: open Pitaka+ in Chrome and tap Install App. You'll find it on the Home screen or in Settings.
iPhone: open Pitaka+ in Safari, tap the Share button, then tap Add to Home Screen.
After that, Pitaka+ opens from its own icon like your other apps. On Android, you can long-press the icon to add an expense quickly.
How it works
Why doesn't my fund balance go down when I log an expense?
Pitaka+ doesn't keep a running balance for your accounts. Your real balance also changes from interest, fees, cash-ins and transfers, so a running balance would be off after a while.
Your fund balance is the amount you entered. Update it at least once a month, when you check your bank or e-wallet app. Pitaka+ saves each month's balance, so you can see how your net worth changes from month to month.
How do credit card payments work?
When you pay for something with a credit card, choose the card when you log the expense. The amount is added to the card's balance.
Each card shows how much you owe on your latest statement and when it's due. When you pay the card, add a payment and pick the account you paid from. Card payments aren't counted as expenses, since you already logged the purchases.
For installment purchases, add the purchase once. Pitaka+ adds the monthly amount to each statement until it's fully paid.
Does it work without internet?
Yes, after you've opened it once. You can log expenses, check budgets and update balances without internet. Your changes are saved on your device and sync to Google Drive once you're back online.
You'll need internet to sign in, to sync, and to use Ask Pitaka.
How do I delete all my data?
Go to Settings, tap Clear app data, then type "Delete" to confirm. This removes your data from this device and from your Google Drive. You can't undo this, so tap Export data in Settings first if you want to keep a copy.
To also remove Pitaka+'s access to your Google account, open your Google Account, go to Security, and look for third-party apps and services.
